Located on the first floor of the hotel, Blue Pearl is designed under the concept of “International Phuket Cuisine,” presenting the unique identity of Phuket cuisine alongside international standards. The menu highlights authentic Phuket cuisine based on traditional recipes, combined with an international fusion selection, using carefully selected quality ingredients to serve both tourists and local residents. Blue Pearl is open daily from 06:30 a.m. to 12:00 midnight.
