Phuket – On 16 December 2025, Mr. Suwit Phansangiam, Deputy Governor of Phuket Province, presided over the opening ceremony of “The AQUA Grand Opening.” The event was attended by Mr. Boon Yongskul, Chairman of Boat Pattana Co., Ltd., Mr. Phanupong Krichjanarat, Chief Executive Officer of Boat Pattana Co., Ltd., along with members of the executive board, representatives from the private sector, and members of the media.
Mr. Suwit Phansangiam, Deputy Governor of Phuket, stated that Phuket is a city with outstanding potential in every dimension—its natural resources, unique cultural heritage, and internationally recognized quality of life. Beyond being a world-renowned tourism destination, Phuket has also become a place that people from around the globe choose as their “second home,” including residents from Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Australia. These international communities play a significant role in driving the local economy and strengthening Phuket’s communities.

Phuket is therefore moving forward to become a Lifestyle Living City—a city that seamlessly integrates living, leisure, and working. This positioning continues to attract people from many countries to live and invest in Phuket. High-quality real estate investment is considered a key mechanism in driving the province’s economy toward sustainable growth.
The AQUA project by Boat Pattana stands as a strong example of development that prioritizes quality, landscape aesthetics, and community enhancement, aligning with the context of Phuket as a coastal city. The project responds effectively to both residential living and long-term investment needs.

The Deputy Governor also praised Boat Pattana for successfully building upon the achievements of Boat Avenue, one of Phuket’s key economic areas, and for continuing to develop new projects that enhance Phuket’s positive image among both Thai and international audiences.
On behalf of Phuket Province, he affirmed continued support for value-driven projects that focus on improving the quality of life for the people. He expressed hope that cooperation among Phuket Province, the Russian community, and international organizations will grow stronger and become an integral part of Phuket’s sustainable development success.
