Phuket – March 28, 2026 – At Alpha Health Club, Phuket, Alpha Health Club, in collaboration with Phuket International Pet Care Center (PIPC), hosted the event “Alpha Dog Trail & Brunch in the Garden”. The initiative aimed to create a space for dog lovers to engage in activities together amidst a natural setting, while fostering stronger bonds between pet owners and their dogs, and supporting the care of stray animals in the area.

The opening ceremony was presided over by Ms. Siriwan Siharach, Director of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (Phuket Office), joined by Mr. Kongsak Koophongsakorn, Chairman of the Phuket Chamber of Commerce, along with many distinguished guests.

The event featured a variety of activities, including the Alpha Dog Trail, a trail-running competition where dogs and their owners ran together, offering participants a chance to immerse themselves in a vibrant dog-loving community. In addition, a basic health check-up service for dogs was provided by a team of professional veterinarians from Phuket International Pet Care Center (PIPC), who also offered direct advice on pet nutrition and behavior to owners.

Another highlight was the “Brunch in the Garden” zone, a dog-friendly area showcasing a diverse selection of food and beverages, allowing attendees to relax and enjoy the lush green garden atmosphere. The event also incorporated social initiatives, including donation drives for dog supplies to support local animal shelters in Phuket, as well as the sale of souvenir T-shirts, with part of the proceeds donated to organizations assisting stray dogs in the community.

A key highlight was the exhibition and auction of artwork created by the Parents’ Club of Persons with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities under Phuket City Municipality. This activity aimed to create career opportunities and generate income for the community, reflecting a well-rounded event that seamlessly integrates health, social impact, and sustainability.

The “Alpha Dog Trail & Brunch in the Garden” event stands as another initiative reinforcing Phuket’s image as a lifestyle and quality tourism destination that is inclusive and welcoming to all groups, including pet owners. It also demonstrates strong collaboration between the private sector and local communities in driving sustainable social development.
