Phuket – June 15, 2024, at Robinson Lifestyle Chalong, Mr. Sophon Suwannarat, Phuket Governor, Mr. Rewat Areerob, President of the Phuket Provincial Administrative Organization, and Mr. Thienprasit Chaipattaranan, President of the Thai Hotels Association, presided over the opening ceremony of Andaman Hotelier 2024, the largest hotel event in the south. Mr. Sukasit Suwannaditakul, President of the Southern Chapter of the Thai Hotels Association, along with partners, extended a warm welcome.
Thai Hotels Association Southern Chapter, in collaboration with partners including Phuket Tourist Association, Patong Beach Hotel Association, Andaman Food and Beverage Managers Club, Phuket Thai Chefs Association, Southern Voluntary Chefs Association, Chefs Federation of Thailand, Phuket Health Spa Association, Phuket Human Resources Management Club, Association of Technical Managers and Technical Skills Development of Southern Thailand, Phuket Hotels Association, and Sustainable Tourism Development Foundation, organized the Andaman Hotelier 2024 event for the 9th year. This year is held from June 15-16, 2024 at Robinson Lifestyle Chalong from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The event aims to showcase the development of world-class service skills and standards of hotel and tourism personnel.
The event features academic seminars and professional skill competitions for hotel staff, including workshops for chefs and technicians, a cocktail and bartender mixing competition, the Mr., Ms., & Queen Andaman Hotelier 2024 pageant, and over 115 exhibition booths showcasing products related to the hotel and tourism industry.
The concept for this year’s event focuses on the application of modern technology and the promotion of a green environment for the hotel industry to adopt. The Andaman Hotelier event is supported by Thai Beverage Public Company Limited, Haad Thip Public Company Limited, Phuket Thienthong Company Limited, and Betagro.
