This includes improving service quality, promoting sustainable tourism, and distributing income to communities by leveraging soft power and high-quality tourism, ensuring visitors from around the world enjoy a premium, standardized travel experience. This strengthens Thailand’s reputation as a world-class quality destination and encourages more tourism operators to engage in the certification process.
This year’s event also featured a panel discussion titled “Standards: The Bridge to Success and Competitive Capabilities”, where leading certified tourism operators shared real-life experiences in service quality development and management strategies, reinforcing the idea that standards are the key to success and competitiveness.

The “Thailand Tourism Standard” serves as a tool to elevate the tourism supply chain, focusing on high-quality management and services, boosting tourist confidence across all market segments, and ensuring sustainability for tourism operators. Certified businesses benefit from improved service quality, governmental support, increased income, and long-term business sustainability.
