- The suitable period for visiting the Andaman Sea is from November to April because it is a time when there is no monsoon. The sea is calm, the sky is clear, and the clear water is perfect for various water activities.
- The period that is not suitable for visiting the Andaman Sea is from May to October. During this period, it is a time when there is monsoon and heavy rainfall.
But as we mentioned earlier, the Andaman coast will experience heavy rainfall. Therefore, during the beginning of November or the end of April, there may still be some rain that you might encounter.
The Andaman Sea region consists total of 6 provinces, namely Phuket, Phang Nga, Krabi, Trang, Ranong, and Satun. Each province has beautiful beaches and picturesque islands that are widely known. The most famous islands located along the Andaman Sea coast include Racha Island, Mai Thon Island, Hey Island, Surin Islands, Similan Islands, Phi Phi Islands, Ngai Island, Kradan Island, Lao Liang Island, Mook Island, Tarutao Islands, Lipe Island, Payam Island, Kai Island, Hong Island, Khai Island, and Rok Island.
