Phuket – On Sunday, April 27, 2025, the atmosphere at Pradit Alley, Charter Walking Street Market, Phuket Old Town was vibrant and lively, filled with the colors and sounds of jazz at the “Bukit Jazz Summit 2025.” The event was held in celebration of “International Jazz Day,” attracting a large crowd of Thai and international tourists, as well as local residents.
The event received strong support from both public and private sectors, including Phuket City Municipality, Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Phuket Office, Phuket Tourist Association, Phuket Rajabhat University, Limelight Avenue Phuket, Express Data Co., Ltd., Haad Thip Public Co., Ltd., and The Tint Hotel. Musical instruments were sponsored by Yamaha Phuket. The main event organizer was Chamchuri Event Co., Ltd.
The program featured performances by numerous outstanding jazz artists, including PKRU Big Band, Boy Navio, Bukit Ensemble, Acoustic Phuket, So What, Sound Gallery Band, along with special guest performers Hat Yai Ensemble by Hat Yai Jazz Festival. Top swing dance teams from leading dance institutions such as South Time, Ongsa Studio, Summer Set, PIDA, and A Little Club also took turns bringing joy to the evening through their performances.
Attendees praised the enchanting atmosphere, filled with beautiful jazz music amidst the distinctive architecture of Phuket Old Town, leaving lasting impressions and wonderful memories for all.
The Bukit Jazz Summit organizing team expressed their heartfelt thanks to all supporters, artists, behind-the-scenes teams, and everyone who participated, making the event a great success. They also expressed their hope to organize another wonderful event like this again next year.
